Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order is shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
Calculation will be made on the cart page for international shipping.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) that are incurred when a shipment reaches your country of destination. Luxdesksets.com is not responsible for these charges if they apply and is your responsibility as a customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@luxdesksets.com with your name and order number and we will review it for you.
Refunds, returns and exchanges
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we accept returns up to 15 days after delivery and will refund the full amount of the order less shipping costs for the return.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@luxdesksets.com with your order number and a photo of the product's condition. We handle these on a case-by-case basis, but we will try our best to reach a satisfactory solution.
